Adam Rosenberg grew up in Los Angeles, CA and made Aliyah with his family in 2000. While seeking the best educational and Jewish framework for his own child with ASD, Adam experienced many challenges. Meromim is the school he always envisioned. Now that vision is finally a reality.

Chanie Rosenberg has a BA in Psychology. She has always dreamed of creating a school like Meromim for all those boys that desperately need it. She has been working tirelessly to make this dream a reality and is a driving force behind the school and its vision.

Rabbi Dr. Gil Elmaleh received his Ph.D. in Social Work from Yeshiva University, his MA in clinical psychology from Long Island University He maintains a clinical practice for youth in Israel and provides consultation services to various educational programs around the city of Beit Shemesh, Israel.

Rivka Aminoff is a leading educator in the Beit Shemesh area. Among her other accomplishments, she founded Kol Hadassah, a school for girls seeking an alternative mainstream high school. Here, in addition to program development, Rivka spent significant time building individualized and effective IEPs for ASD kids.
Ariel Fishman developed a passion for outdoor adventures at a young age. Since then, every trip is a safe and exciting expedition. They are workshops that go far beyond adventuring, reach into the world of self-growth, & personal achievement. Using Experiential Therapy, Ariel challenges the students, to use skills & tools to complete the task.

Rabbi Dr. Ethan Eisen received a PhD in clinical psychology from George Washington University, and semicha from RIETS. In addition to maintaining a private practice, he works at Kav L’Noar providing therapy and consulting on development and evaluation for youth programs.
For 15 years, Nesanel was the director for the popular Machanayim sleepaway camp for boys age14-years. Additionally, he is a renowned tour guide, and was the Youth Director of Bnei Hashraah, a youth group in Ramat Beit Shemesh for many years.

Baruch David has been an avid outdoorsman his entire life. A Texas native, he brought his love of nature to Israel and has led popular outdoor activities and unique programming for youth for the last 15-years.

Dr. Goldstein s a U.S. board-certified adult and child and adolescent psychiatrist and maintains a private practice in Israel. She is an expert in the field of teenage autism.

Rabbi Avraham Jacobowitz is a beloved speaker and educator in Ramat Beit Shemesh. During his time in America, he founded the world renowned kiruv organization, Machon L'Torah, the Jewish Learning Network of Michigan as well as Jewish Awareness America (JAAM).
